Hello! I’m Kelsey Smart. After 9 years of working as a hairdresser in downtown New York City, I’ve made my way home to Cedar Rapids. I’m excited to create a personalized upscale experience for my clients in Eastern Iowa! I specialize in color, specifically lived-in highlights and low-maintenance blonding services like balayage. I pride myself in giving precision and textured haircuts for everyone that grow out exceptionally. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, but no one likes to be ghosted. In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
